These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of middlepathusa.com and related services (the "Site"), operated by Middle Path USA ("Middle Path," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep it up to date.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at info@middlepathusa.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Middle Path USA is a community platform built to help people find common ground across political, religious, and cultural divides, organized around a set of discussion topics and a Red/Orange/Green framework for respectful conversation. Features may include community discussions, local chapters, events, and a mobile app, some of which are still in development and may change over time.
You retain ownership of any content you post (comments, discussion posts, and similar contributions). By posting, you grant Middle Path a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Site and in related materials.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action, in our discretion, for violations of these Terms.
Campus and community chapters operate as locally organized groups. A chapter's views and activities represent that chapter, not an official position of Middle Path USA, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where donation features are enabled, donations are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) under their own terms. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law or stated otherwise at the time of donation.
The Middle Path USA name, logo, and original Site content are owned by Middle Path USA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission, except as necessary to accurately describe your affiliation with a chapter.
The Site may link to, or rely on, third-party services (such as payment processors, email delivery, or sign-in providers). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Views expressed by users on Middle Path are their own and don't represent an official position of Middle Path USA unless clearly stated. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Middle Path does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site should be treated as such.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middle Path USA and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you've violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the community.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
